I first entered psychotherapy at 23 after the death of my mother, the force who empowered our family system. Entering therapy is one of the best decisions I ever made, as it helped me become aware of the Family of Origin issues which had negatively affected my self esteem, my sense of identity and my ability to express my gifts and talents in the world. I realized I had been paralyzed by fear, anxiety and sadness.
I sold my beautiful sports car to pay for my therapy and have never regretted it. I looked great in the car, but inside myself was a sad, lonely, lost soul. Not anymore!
Helping others heal themselves and not be sentenced to a life of unhappiness, loneliness and lack of serenity is what inspired me to become a psychotherapist. Through therapy, I found my true self and a path of spirituality and mindfulness that I have followed through the years, and that I continue to share with my clients.
